Field report and reward terms
These terms keep review provenance visible, evidence useful, and rewards fair for every participant.
Honest reports
Submit only an eSIM experience you personally had. Do not fabricate a trip or purchase, manipulate network samples, copy another review, use another person's account or purchase, or conceal a material relationship with an eSIM company.
Evidence labels
Manual reviews may be published as self-reported without purchase verification or captured network evidence. Capture-verified reports identify whether evidence came from the web or native app. Purchase-verified reports identify the verification source. An evidence label describes the supporting material; it is not a guarantee that every statement in the review is correct.
Reward independence
Self-reported reviews receive no credit. Eligible RoamGo purchase-verified reviews receive up to $1, and capture rewards are earned at $0.01 per verified capture minute. Credit never depends on a favorable rating or recommendation. A critical review and a positive review qualify under the same evidence rules.
Eligibility
Each eSIM can earn at most one review reward. A RoamGo purchase-verification reward requires the signed-in account to own the eSIM and the RoamGo fulfillment record to show it as installed, active, depleted, or expired. External reviews do not receive a purchase-verification reward unless the issuing provider supports a secure account, order, or receipt integration. All verified review credit is limited to $5 per account per UTC day. We may withhold or revoke rewards for shared accounts, automated submissions, manipulated telemetry, false product details, excessive claims, or violations of these terms.
Ownership and provider coverage
eSIM Reviews is operated by RoamGo LLC, the same company that operates RoamGo. RoamGo reports follow the same publication, evidence, and reward-disclosure rules as other providers and receive no automatic ranking advantage. Provider and product names identify the reviewed service; third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
External sources and editorial tests
Links to outside review platforms open the original source. We do not copy third-party reviews or blend outside ratings into native eSIM Reviews scores without a written license that permits that use. Editorial field tests must come from a real captured session and disclose the tester, evidence level, and any material commercial relationship.
Catalog redemptions
Reward credit can be redeemed against eligible RoamGO catalog plans shown in the store. Credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be subject to plan availability and provider fulfillment.
Publication
Submitted reviews may be published with anonymized, aggregated evidence and an incentive disclosure. We may remove unlawful, abusive, private, or technically misleading content without changing the substance of legitimate criticism.
